Pick ups

All tickets for the 3^rd BG Salsa Weekend can only be picked up by the Check-In Desk at the Weekend centre. Loosing a ticket is at your own risk – the organizer will not take responsibility for compensation of lost tickets.

Tickets may not be used unauthorized, may not be copied or changed in any case.

Photography

During the BG Salsa Weekend the organizer is going to film and take photographs of all participants, visitors, artists, etc. Those pictures and the film will be used/published for promotion and advertising reasons. Each participant, visitor, artist, etc. agrees the publication of his pictures and the film without any compensation.
